Woodrow Wilson Woodrow Wilson was the 28th president of the United States. He was born in Staunton, Virginia on December 28, 1856. He was a very bright man. He attended Davidson, Princeton, and University of Virginia School of Law. He even became the first president to receive his doctorate, which he received from Johns Hopkins University.
